Description

Montallergy Tablets are a fixed-dose combination of Montelukast (as sodium) 10 mg and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg. This dual-action formulation is indicated for the symptomatic relief of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever), as well as other allergy-related conditions. The tablet works by blocking both histamine and leukotrienes, which are key chemical mediators of the allergic response, thereby reducing sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itching, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. It also helps reduce inflammation in the airways, making it beneficial for patients with mild asthma who also suffer from allergies. It is a prescription-only medicine available in packs of 20 tablets.
